Aloha! We made it! And it's still Saturday! We left Osaka at 10:30 last night (Saturday) and arrived in Honolulu at 11:30 this morning (also Saturday). Only, we didn't realize that. We booked our hotel from Sunday-Friday. Oops! Seemed natural to us - an overnight flight on Saturday lands you in a new place on Sunday morning. We're usually a bit more travel-savvy than that! Anyway, we were able to get a room at a different hotel for today and then we'll move hotels tomorrow. Here's the view from this 'other' hotel:
Not bad, eh? I did have to zoom in past a few tall buildings, but still! And now we're all off to bed. Someone only slept 2 hours on the flight last night.
